1. Goods are despatched next business day, unless for some reason they are not available, in which case we will email you and advise what the delay may be.

2. Goods are despatched via NZ Post within New Zealand unless a different method is requested by the customer, in which case a different price structure may

apply. Delivery is charged at the current NZ Post rate for the despatch area.

Returns and Refunds Policy:

1. Because of Copyright restrictions CDs and DVDs cannot be returned unless damaged or faulty.

2. Damaged or faulty goods must be returned within 14 days.

3. Returns other than for damage or fault will be exchanged provided they are returned in good order and condition

4. Non-delivery must be reported as soon as possible, and a full refund will be made after tracking follow up with the courier.

1. Addresses, phone numbers and email addresses will not be given or sold to any other party except to facilitate tracing non-delivery

2. Credit Card details are not held on our system after the sale has been finalised.

Unless otherwise indicated, all prices on this website are in New Zealand dollars and include GST
